Our house is mostly glass. Does that make it expensive?

Not proportionally. A Castlecrag home with a large continuous glazed elevation is more efficient to clean per square metre than a house with lots of small separate windows. You get a written quote either way.

The frames and sills look stained, not dirty. Can that be improved?

Usually yes. Under canopy that staining is tannin from leaf litter sitting wet on the sill, and it is on the surface rather than through it. It is treated rather than scrubbed, which lifts the stain without damaging the finish.
