How long does a balcony take?

Most single balconies are done in two to three hours. A larger balcony with a lot of glass and stone can run longer. We work to the result, not the clock, and the quote is fixed either way.

Do I need to be home?

Only if access requires it. If the building or your neighbour can let us in, you do not need to take time off. We will confirm what we need when we quote.

Do you do whole buildings, not just single balconies?

Yes, and that is where it makes the most sense. Doing every balcony in a building in one visit is significantly cheaper per balcony than doing them one at a time, and it means the building presents consistently. We quote strata buildings at a set monthly price and can put it on a 12-month service agreement with locked pricing if the committee prefers a predictable number.
